The Center for Women Entrepreneurs at Texas Woman’s University, in collaboration with Stoke Coworking, has announced the selection of eight participants for the fourth cohort of AccelerateHER, a startup incubator program tailored for woman-owned businesses in Denton.

This cohort comprises entrepreneurs from diverse industries, spanning creative services to the food sector. The AccelerateHER program, which operates under the auspices of TWU’s Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership, is designed to facilitate the growth of early-stage companies by providing hands-on guidance through mentorship.

The eight entrepreneurs chosen for this cohort are as follows:

  4. Faul Magic
  5. Ashlee Vail
  6. Austyn Wyatt & Co.
  7. Latoya Lawrence
  8. Groovy Chicken and Waffles

The program aims to foster the growth of these local entrepreneurs by offering mentorship and guidance, helping them attain their business objectives and expand their ventures. Stoke Coworking’s Associate Director, Juli James, expressed excitement about the upcoming journey with the fourth cohort of AccelerateHER and emphasized the inspiration drawn from witnessing local entrepreneurs achieve their goals and business growth.
