The much-awaited Executive Women Network Conference 2023 has been officially announced by Executive Women Network (EWN). It will take place in Accra, Ghana, from November 2–4, 2023. This three-day event, with the slogan “Be Intentional about Transformation: Growth, Resilience, Agility,” aims to alter the lives of women leaders in Africa.
EWN conferences, held every two years, are renowned for bringing together and empowering powerful women leaders, executives, business owners, and professionals from a range of industries. This tradition will be carried on by the EWN 2023 Conference, which will provide a pan-African experience that encourages deep connections and sparks important discussions about leadership, growth, resilience, and agility in the dynamic business environment.
Three days will be dedicated to the conference, each jam-packed with interesting and educational events:
Day 1 – Pre-conference Networking Cocktail: On November 2, there will be a pre-conference networking cocktail to kick off the conference. In a casual and interesting setting, attendees will have the chance to network with like-minded colleagues, lecturers, and industry professionals.
Second day of the conference: On November 3, the main conference day, participants will take part in four illuminating panel discussions moderated by renowned African speakers. These stimulating seminars will examine several facets of deliberate change, providing participants with insightful knowledge and practical tactics to overcome obstacles and embrace development, resilience, and agility in their leadership endeavours.
Conference Third Day: professionally Curated One-Day trip of Ghana: On November 4, participants can choose between three different regions for a one-day trip of Ghana that has been professionally curated. This outing intends to promote meaningful interactions among participants while showcasing the rich history, culture, and natural beauty of Ghana.
