Business Family House, a Saudi-based consulting firm, has expanded its network of affiliated partners with the addition of Professor Maura McAdam, an internationally recognized expert in family entrepreneurship and businesses based in Dublin. Professor McAdam has extensive experience in family business operations, succession planning, high-tech business incubation, and the influence of gender on women’s entrepreneurship. She is currently a Professor of Management and Director of Entrepreneurship at Dublin City University and serves as an Advisory Board member of the university’s National Centre of Family Business. Professor McAdam has also published numerous journal articles, book chapters, and books on family business and entrepreneurship.

The family business sector plays a significant role in the GCC region, constituting 75% of the private sector economy and employing 70% of the labor force, according to a report from KPMG.
